Sample Training Module
This short module was designed to train customer service representatives in the DIRECTV behaviors that are in line with retaining customer loyalty. I used Photoshop to create the background images for the slides. There are custom buttons, roll over screen shot, audio and breadcrumb navigation at the top. This training is Copyright DIRECTV 2013.
